Applications
We collect the details you provide so the administrator can assess and respond to your membership application. We do not sell application information or use it for unrelated advertising.
Member information
Member profiles, meetings, check-ins, resources and invoices are held in the authenticated member area. Individual notes are private to the member who wrote them. Check-in scores are shown to the group only as averages after that member has submitted.
Access and retention
Access is limited to people who need the information for the club. We keep information only while it is needed for membership, administration or legal record-keeping.
